He is the Englishman Alfred Frantz, born in 1940 AD to parents from ancient English families who adhere to the traditions of the aristocracy in which he grew up and rebelled.

He is sixteen years old and wants to live his life without restrictions that bind him to traditions that no longer have meaning in his view, and his family tried to bring him back from his extravagances

But it was an irreversible rebellion, so he turned the ancient palace into a hall where he danced and drank with his age-mates of both sexes. Those close to him advised his parents to leave him for a while after which he would come to his senses.

But he continued to stay up late inside and outside the palace, and when the time came for him to join the college, which only the wealthy and the children of kings, sultans, and presidents could enter, he refused to join it.

Although it was his wish one day, and after pressure, he joined it

And get to know his colleagues

One of the children of the world's wealthy people

His relationship with one of the Arab princes strengthened, hoping that he would share his whims and evenings, but he found him committed to studying, not approaching alcohol or women, and praying and reading the Book of God( Allah )  in peace .

Al-Farid says: I found this prince contrary to what I had heard about the Arabs, especially the princes among them. The Arab Prince, with his actions and commitment, brought me back to my previous self

I was ashamed of myself in front of the morals of this Arab, who woke me up from the throes of rebellion and returned me to my religion

When I asked about his religion, he said to me calmly, “Know your religion first and adhere to it, then after that learn about Islam or whatever religions you want. The important thing is to know your religion and do what it says and pray.”

All religions have one source, and the owner of any religion must act on what his religion says so that life can be straight through his integrity, adherence to his religion, and work by it.

The Englishman Alfred Frantz says, “The words of my colleague calmed my mind, and indeed I returned to my religion that I knew about, and I returned to reading the Bible, and I began frequenting the church again.”

My family realized this change, so my parents were happy with my commitment and prayer, and when they learned that an Arab Muslim colleague was the one who brought me back to my senses, they asked me to strengthen my relationship with him and invited him to get to know him.

They began to read about his country and get to know it, until when he came to them, they talked to him, knowing its history and the history of its ruler, the father of this Arab colleague.

My fellow student at the time, Qaboos bin Said bin Taimur, Sultan of Oman, currently accepts my invitation to visit us in our palace, and he actually visits us. The palace does not impress him with its luxury or the wealth that we are, but rather It was very normal, a calm smile, balanced speech, every word as if it were weighed with the gold of the whole world, without affectation or artificiality.

My parents were happy with him, and they were happy with his colleague, Lee, and the friendship that I imposed on him before her, without him expressing his dissatisfaction

I was persistent and curious to know his peculiarities. One day I asked him a question, which he received strangely when I told him: Are these actions of yours the actions of a crown prince or what?

I mean your advice to me, as my circumstances have changed due to what you advised the person who advised me. Despite the strangeness of the question, it was quick and ready. He said: It is not the morals of a crown prince as I understood it, but rather the morals of our Islamic religion .

Our religion has morals and advice, and I told you about the morals of Islam, and the Crown Prince has no place in it. Everyone is before Islam, whether the king, the Sultan, the sign of the people with Islamic morals and its implementation, and its followers are the rulers of the true covenant of the universe. Man in Islam is the successor of God on earth, and whoever pledges before God to oneness must be committed to everything. What it bears is the testimony That there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger

They are two testimonies. Whoever says them sincerely and follows them with sincere Islamic behavior will be the guardian of God’s covenant. Individuals will disappear, and only the Creator of this universe, who has no partner, will remain.

If you want to learn more, read about Islam, which makes you respect the people of this great religion, regardless of their status.

The Englishman Alfred Frantz says: “I was unable to continue my education in a college with a strict and precise system, and I left it with no regrets except for parting with my colleague, the Arab Prince, who was serious and committed to the morals of his religion.”

I went to another study at a regular theoretical college, where I studied commerce and management, supervising and managing my family’s companies after my graduation, and I practiced my life after that, and I thought about contacting a colleague from my first study.

However, I was unable to do so, so I decided to visit his country and read about it and the Islamic religion that its people follow. Then I found that it has a history that is rooted in the depths of time.

The message of the Prophet of Islam took me back to years ago when I met a classmate of mine who was committed to the teachings of his religion. He advised me, when I was asking him about his religion, to know my religion first, adhere to it, and learn after that what he wanted me to know.

The Englishman Alfred Frantz says: “As I became a businessman, I was destined to roam the horizons of the world from one end to the other, and the words of the committed Arab student Qaboos bin Saeed bin Taimur are engraved in my mind and resonate in every trip I take, flying from one country to another.

One day I decided to learn about Islam, so I went to the Islamic Center in London. I met a distinguished sheikh and a great Egyptian scholar from Al-Azhar Al-Sharif

I sat with the man and asked him, and he answered with open arms, patience, and broad horizons, and happiness fluttered over him with the words he used to answer my questions, which if I had asked a man from the church about my religion, he would have been upset with me.

But I found the answers to be satisfactory and patient. They warmed my heart. Our session was only interrupted by the call to the noon prayer.

The man asked permission to perform the prayer. I did not wait for him, but rather went to see the comprehensive prayer.

Everyone was in humility in their standing, bowing, and prostration, as if they were one man, despite the different nationalities that were praying, but it was an extraordinary unity that amazed me.

The Sheikh returned to complete the answers I wanted about Islam and the Messenger of Islam. I would have liked more answers, had it not been that the Sheikh had an appointment outside the center and I agreed with him for another meeting.

I had many meetings with the venerable Sheikh Al-Azhari, who brought me some books that presented Islam and its teachings with ease and ease, and he advised me if I wanted to learn more to buy some other books.

He wrote to me the names and locations of the bookstores that sell them and explained that these books were not available in the center, otherwise I would not have been stingy with them.

I bought books, read, and immersed myself in Islam on a great journey with the biography of its noble Messenger. I would not finish one book without reading another, and my sessions with the sheikh did not stop, who was very happy with the progress of my knowledge of Islam and my acceptance of it with all love, affection, and knowledge.

He said a beautiful sentence: I read about Islam and its book in English, and I became with this love for the final religion, and I do not know what would happen to you if you read what I read in Arabic, the language of Islam. At that time, people will think of you as an Azhar sheikh like us, and I ask God to guide you to learn the Arabic language so that you can immerse yourself in it with an understanding of Islam and knowledge of his book, the method and biography of his Messenger.

English businessman Alfred Frantz says: I learned the Arabic language to learn about Islam in its language, and now I speak Arabic, write in it, and read in it as one of its children, and I felt real pleasure.

I read Islam and the Qur’an in the language in which the revelation spoke to the Seal of the Prophets and Messengers.

The reason for this guidance was the behavior of my first classmate, who later began running the helm of government in the Sultanate of Oman with wisdom and strength that certainly derived from his Islamic roots, which made his words

After that, he runs the helm of government in the Sultanate of Oman with wisdom and strength that certainly derives from his Islamic roots, which made his words, as a young man and student, resonate in my life, leading me to enter into God the Seal to enjoy the human advantages of Islam.

My Lord honored me and I married a Muslim woman from my own country and gave birth to sons and daughters, whom I pray to God Almighty to bless for me.

My family and I performed the Hajj more than once and performed Umrah many times

Note: The writer of the story of Alfred Frantz’s conversion to Islam says...

I met this man at an altitude of thirty-four thousand feet above sea level, where we were on a plane from London to Cairo, which is a long distance.

I was about to read a book, and I found myself listening to the story of this man’s conversion to Islam, which made me very happy, and was only interrupted by an air bump that broke the man’s heart.

And I heard him

That there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger

He took the Qur’an out of his pocket and began reading. I could not take my eyes off him, but my heart was dancing with joy at the man’s conversion to Islam.

To you, my dear and dear friend, all what matters to you?
