Is dyeing hair forbidden?

Find out the answer to the question: Is dyeing hair forbidden? All scholars and sheikhs have permitted dyeing hair, but this permissibility is governed by several conditions, the most important of which is that the material used for dyeing does not prevent water from reaching the hair, and the dye does not have to be black.

The scholars answered this question with the permissibility of dyeing gray hairs, as it is possible to dye gray hairs with red, yellow, brown and so on from other colors, but it is not required to dye the hair in a dark black color, as the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace.
